Index Search APi programatically

If you update content programatically and you use SearchApi as search enginew on your Drupal site.

There could be needed to index some new added nodes into search index.

Here is simple piece of PHP code how to do it:

$index = search_api_index_load('your_index_name'); // load Index object
search_api_index_items($index , 50); // make index of 50 items
